Who needs elevators anyway? Climbing up those stairs with all my luggage was such a delightful workout.

I had an amazing stay at Apartamentos Cruz. the location was perfect, right in the center of the city but tucked away on a quiet one-way street. Despite the lively surroundings, the well-isolated windows kept the apartment peaceful and quiet. the apartment itself was elegant yet comfortable, exceeding my expectations. We were able to explore the city easily, thanks to its prime location near restaurants, bars, and clubs.

The apartment was well-equipped and modern, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of key landmarks and attractions. Plus, the sealed windows provided a quiet retreat from the bustling city streets, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

One downside was the lack of a front desk, making check-in and communication with the host a bit challenging, especially for foreigners without a local phone. Additionally, the apartment was located on the third floor with no elevator, which made hauling heavy suitcases up the stairs quite impractical.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show and it provided a convenient location, allowing me to easily access the exhibition center. The facilities were well-maintained and I had a comfortable stay during my time in Madrid.

I was disappointed by the lack of a business center or dedicated workspace within the hotel. This made it challenging for me to complete some work tasks efficiently.

Amazing location in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions and cute Tapas bars right outside. The highlight was the mind-blowing terrace, perfect for enjoying the December weather. The beds were super comfy and the host, Bjora, was incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Stayed in the heart of the city for a few days. Clean, well-equipped apartment. Big, comfy bed. Despite the bustling neighborhood, it was surprisingly quiet. 4th-floor location without elevator, but it didn't bother us. Terrace seating was a great bonus. Loved the design and atmosphere. Safe location near Puerta del Sol. Perfect property with all the facilities needed. Helpful host. Highly recommend!

We had a great view from the balcony, perfect for people watching. the location and service were outstanding, making our trip memorable and enjoyable.
